Sacramento Zoo

Home to more than 400 animals the Sacramento Zoo ha a variet of animals ranging from a snow leopard, red panda, Bateleur eagles and reptiles. In addition to the animals, the Zoo has two lakes, and both a butterfly and hummingbird garden and a camellia garden complete with animal sculptures. The sacramento zoo offers lectures and tours. Services and amenities also include: picnic areas, concessions, gift store, stroller rentals and complimentary wheelchairs.

Admission on weekdays is USD7 adults; USD4.50 children (3-12); children under three are admitted free. For weekend or holiday admission prices add 50 cents (USD) to weekday prices.
